Directions

OxyShred Ultra Concentration: Mix one scoop with 295ml of chilled water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. For best results, wait 20 minutes before eating or consuming a protein shake. On training days, you can take a second scoop 15 minutes before exercise. Do not exceed two scoops per day.
OxyShred Energy RTD: Consume one ready-to-drink can whenever you need a boost of energy. It is best consumed chilled and away from food for maximum ingredient absorption. Do not consume more than two cans per day.
