Australia Shipping

For general products (excluding functional drinks):

  • Standard Shipping: $9.95 (1–3 business days metro | 3–10 business days regional/rural)

  • Express Shipping: Starting from $14.95 (available at checkout)

For Functional Drinks (including but not limited to OxyShred Energy, OxyShred Infinity, and Hydreau RTDs):

  • Orders 0–10kg: $14.95 (2–8 business days)

  • Orders 10–20kg: $24.95 (2–8 business days)

  • Orders 20–40kg: $34.95 (2–8 business days)

Note: Functional drinks are heavier to ship and are subject to weight-based shipping rates.


New Zealand Shipping

We offer weight-based shipping options for New Zealand orders. Estimated delivery time is 5–14 business days, subject to external factors such as demand, weather, and customs processing.

Shipping rates:

  • 0–1kg: $14.95

  • 1–2kg: $19.95

  • 2–5kg: $34.95

  • 5–10kg: $49.95


Returns & Exchanges

If you wish to return an item purchased from ehplabs.com.au, please contact our Customer Service team via:

Important:

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

  • Products purchased online cannot be returned to partner retail stores.

Return eligibility:

  • Products must be unopened, unused, in original sealed packaging, with Tax Invoice or Proof of Purchase.

  • Products must be received within 14 days of lodging your return request.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.


Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via Online Chat or email.

  • We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been dispatched.

  • If the order has been dispatched, you can refuse the delivery or decline collection at the Post Office.

  • Refunds will be issued only once returned goods are received unopened and unused.

Please note:

  • Returns are not accepted for opened or used products unless they are damaged, faulty, or incorrect.

  • Supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please seek appropriate medical advice before use.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing contact@ehplabs.com.au with:

  • Full name

  • Contact details

  • Order number or receipt

  • Photos of the item(s)

We will provide instructions for the return. Refunds or exchanges will only be issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
