We offer weight-based shipping options for New Zealand orders. Estimated delivery time is 5–14 business days, subject to external factors such as demand, weather, and customs processing.

Important:
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Products purchased online cannot be returned to partner retail stores.
Return eligibility:
Products must be unopened, unused, in original sealed packaging, with Tax Invoice or Proof of Purchase.
Products must be received within 14 days of lodging your return request.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been dispatched.
If the order has been dispatched, you can refuse the delivery or decline collection at the Post Office.
Refunds will be issued only once returned goods are received unopened and unused.
