Due to ongoing Covid restrictions we are experiencing delays in both the dispatch and delivery channels across our network.

Usual delivery time frames are off-kilter as couriers work to find routes, by land and air, to deliver your packages safely and hygienically.

Flat Rate Shipping in Australia

  • Standard Shipping - For all orders in Australia, we offer Standard Shipping (1-3 days in metro areas & all other 3-10 days) for just $6.95.
  • Express Shipping - For orders in Australia, we also offer Express Shipping (next day delivery for metro, 2-5 days for all other areas) for just $19.95.
    (Currently Not Available Due to Covid-19 Delays)


Flat Rate Shipping in New Zealand

  • Standard Shipping - For all orders, we offer Standard Shipping (2-4 days) New Zealand wide for just $14.95.

If you would like to request a return for a product purchased through, please contact EHP Labs Online Customer Service.

Any return request must be made to the original store within 30 days of purchase. Returns request for a product purchased online via the website will not be accepted by any of our partner stores.

Please contact our Online Support Team via live chat or email with the following:

  • Full Name
  • Original invoice number displayed on the confirmation email
  • Reason for return
  • Any relevant photos
  • Contact details

Requirements to be eligible for a return

  • Returns must be received within 14 days of lodging a request
  • Unopened and unused in original sealed packaging
  • Securely wrapped
  • Accompanied by a Tax Invoice or Proof of Purchase
  • Returned to us at your own expense



Can I cancel my order?

If you request to cancel an order, you must contact EHP Labs via our online chat or email. However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the request as it may have already been dispatched.

If your order has already been dispatched and you still wish to cancel, please do the following:

  • Refuse a delivery attempt
  • Decline the parcel at the Post Office

This will create a return to sender, which can take up to 10 days. Alternatively, you can return the parcel at your own expense. Refunds will only be applied once all items are returned in unopened/unused packaging.

Please choose products carefully. We do not accept returns for opened/used products if:

  • You received what you ordered and simply changed your mind
  • You misused the products in any way that caused the problem
  • the product did not perform to your expectations
  • you do not like the flavour/ingredients, including products where the manufacturer has reformulated the ingredients and/or repackaged the product label

Neither EHP Labs nor the products we sell, claim to treat or cure any diseases or conditions. We provide nutritional supplements that are intended to support you as part of a well-balanced diet. EHP Labs is not health care professionals, therefore any information and advice you receive should not replace the medical advice provided to you by your healthcare professional. We recommend that you always seek appropriate medical advice before consuming any nutritional supplements.

If you have received a damaged/faulty or incorrect product from EHP Labs, please email with the following:

  • Full Name
  • Contact details
  • Original Order number/receipt
  • Any relevant photos

We will contact you directly as any exchanged or refunded items must be returned to us for any compensation to be supplied.
