Job Overview: The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing all digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven experience (X years) in a senior digital marketing role, with expertise in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and eCommerce.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse digital marketing team.
• In-depth understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing platforms.
• Demonstrated success in driving growth through paid and organic channels.
• Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas to senior stakeholders.
