Job Overview: The Head of Digital Marketing will be responsible for leading and executing all digital marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. You will oversee all digital channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and eCommerce strategies. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with deep expertise in performance marketing and the ability to manage a high-performing team. This role requires someone who can balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to meet business goals and KPIs.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team across SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email, and paid media.
  • Oversee the strategy and execution of performance marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal ROI.
  • Drive customer acquisition and retention initiatives through data-driven digital strategies.
  • Optimize the company’s online presence and user experience across web and mobile platforms, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to align marketing efforts with overall brand goals.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources across channels to maximize impact and efficiency.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to optimize strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, ensuring the company remains at the forefront of the industry.
  • Ensure digital marketing efforts comply with legal regulations and data protection laws.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (X years) in a senior digital marketing role, with expertise in performance marketing, SEO, SEM, social media, and eCommerce.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a diverse digital marketing team.
  • In-depth understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other marketing platforms.
  • Demonstrated success in driving growth through paid and organic channels.
  • Experience with A/B testing, landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas to senior stakeholders.
  • A creative and strategic mindset with a results-oriented approach.
  • Experience in the eCommerce or health and wellness industry is highly desirable.
