PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH BALLS

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Cup Grinded Up Cashews
  • 4 Scoops OxyWhey Vanilla Protein Powder (Get yours here!)
  • 4 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Choc Chips
  • 1/2 Cup Sweetener

METHOD:

1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl

2. Freeze for 10 minutes before rolling

3. Roll into large size balls (should make about 14 balls)

4. Store in the fridge or freezer (they won't freeze - even in the freezer!)
