Directions

OxyShred Ultra Concentration: Mix 1 scoop with 10 ounces (295 ml) of chilled water first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. On training days, consume 15 minutes prior to exercise. Avoid eating or consuming protein within 20 minutes of use.
OxyShred Ultra Energy: Consume 1 can as a pick-me-up during the day or 20 minutes before your workout for a smooth energy hit. For maximum absorption, it is recommended to have this away from food.
Daily Limit: Do not exceed more than 1 serving of OxyShred Ultra Concentration and 1 can of OxyShred Ultra Energy per day.
