OxyShred Lean Protein Bars are 18 g of protein and ultra low carb in a 50 g bar, twelve to a pack. Two packs here, and you choose both flavours, so you are not eating the same thing for a month. Choc Peanut Caramel and Cookies & Cream are the two that go first.

Before training, after training, mid afternoon, or on a travel day. There is no timing rule here, which is rather the point. How long will twenty four bars last? At one a day, a little over three weeks. Most people spread them further than that, because they are for the days that need them rather than every day. How does bundle pricing work at checkout? At checkout, the total bundle discount is automatically distributed across all items in the bundle, meaning each item may reflect a proportional discount rather than a single lump sum deduction.
