Each 8 week program incorporates a range of cardio and resistance training to help you reach your fitness goal. There is also an option to choose from home or gym based workouts with built-in features to swap out any exercises for ones that you prefer. There is a wide range of exciting meals for you to enjoy during this challenge which come with recipe instructions and calorie and macronutrient breakdowns. The meals have been designed by our nutritionists to ensure you're enjoying delicious food that meets your nutrient requirements to help reach your goals. There are 5 calorie levels to choose from; 1500, 1800, 2100, 2400, 2700 and 3000 calories. The calorie level will be specifically tailored to you and set in accordance with your fat loss or muscle gain goal. The meal plans cater for vegan and regular dietary requirements. Each day, there are three main meals and two snacks for you to enjoy. With a variety of meals each week, you’ll be sure to satisfy your taste buds while kicking goals!

What’s the difference between Whey Protein Isolate (WPI) and Whey Protein Concentrate (WPC)? Both proteins will have beneficial effects, how you may decide between the two will be based on when you are intending to take them. WPI is best taken shortly after a workout as it is absorbed rapidly, making it a good choice for those wanting to refuel with protein straight after training.
