Follow these important steps to ensure you receive your expo prize. We've streamlined the process to make it quick and easy for all attendees.

Check Your Email

After submitting your form, please check both your 'Promotions' tab and 'Spam' folder to ensure you receive your confirmation email. Sometimes our emails may be filtered into these folders.

Prize Limit

Each customer is eligible for one (1) prize only. Multiple redemptions at our booth are not permitted. Please ensure you choose your prize carefully as exchanges are not available.

Processing Time

Due to high expo attendance, please allow up to 5 minutes to receive your confirmation email. If you haven't received it after this time, please visit our booth staff for assistance.
