Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to lead the design of innovative, user-friendly digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and marketers, to ensure that our customers enjoy seamless interactions with our brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, as well as a passion for creating products that solve real user problems.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end UX design process, from concept development to final implementation.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to identify user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and journey maps to communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions.
• Lead and participate in design reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to refine designs.
• Ensure design consistency and scalability across different platforms and devices (web, mobile, tablet).
• Stay current with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and influence product strategy based on user insights.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field.
• Proven experience (X years) as a UX Designer, preferably in a senior or lead role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a deep understanding of UX principles, user research, and interaction design.
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision).
• Experience with conducting user testing, A/B testing, and applying data-driven insights.
• Strong understanding of web and mobile design patterns, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and solutions.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and collaborating with development teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing eCommerce or health and wellness platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development collaboration.
• UX certification or additional training in design thinking or product design.
