Matt Fox is a qualified personal trainer. He also runs an online fitness business along with a bootcamp business, based in Noosa, and which is soon to be expanding to other parts of Queensland. 

Matt doesn't use a gym to workout, with all training done at home or outdoors using bodyweight and occasionally kettlebells and other weights. 

He has previously been recognised on National TV and on International magazines such as Men's Health, and he has this year been nominated for 'Fitness Influencer of the Year' at the Monte Carlo Influencer Awards, being held in 2021. 

Matt overcame cancer at the age of 21 and is now a husband (to athlete Wilda Fox) and father to a 4 year old.
