INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 cup part­skim ricotta or cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop OxyWhey Mocha protein powder
  • 1/8 tsp instant coffee
  • 1 -­2 drops liquid Stevia or sweetener of your choice for decoration (optional)
  • Cocoa powder
  • Chocolate shavings

DIRECTIONS:

1. In a bowl place ricotta, Greek yogurt, OxyWhey Mocha, instant coffee and Stevia. Mix to combine.

2. Transfer to a serving glass and chill for 2 hours. Just before serving, dust with cocoa powder and sprinkle with chocolate shavings if using.
